Corporate Treks

Well, all I can say folks is that this project will not only be a successful venture, it will be thoroughly rewarding for all of you who choose to take part in it.

On a winter’s morning, my good friend Mark guided me up Kinder Scout to visit a crash site of two jets on and near the top.  Although the weather changed to blizzard conditions, Mark found the sites with great skill and we laid crosses and he allowed me to recite At The Going Down of The Sun. We both felt it a was a fitting tribute and left the desolate spot, knowing they were not forgotten . These shores are a plentiful source of wreck sites and with Mark’s knowledge and experience, I would absolutely recommend you jump into this unique experience. Oh, and he’s a great mate as well!

Project RECCE is a social enterprise which has a simple mission of helping ex-military enter into the construction industry.  However, we look to complete this transition in a holistic manner including confidence building, taking students outside their comfort zones and building peer-support networks.

We saw that Treks to the Wrecks could provide all of this and so much more through the unique provision Mark offers.  His passion for military history, mountaineering and opening up the great outdoors for others to shine through.  His professionalism, expertise and experience makes Treks to the Wrecks the only choice when it comes to outdoor activities for our community.
